WELCOME  I am very pleased to invite you, as Fleets and OEM'S Decision makers or suppliers, to take part in the Fleets and OEM'S Decision makers Meeting 2008, which will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2008 at the Best Western Hotel in Drummondville. The 50th dinner meeting of the transportation equipment industry will also take place at the end of this day.
This special event has always been a unique opportunity for the manufacturing companies, members of the AMETVS, to network with major Fleets and OEM'S Decision makers of the land transportation equipment industry. For almost two years now, buying locally has been one of the AMETVS’ main concerns, and it has guided all of its actions with its members and with the Fleets and OEM'S Decision makers . The recently announced Government plan to support Quebec’s manufacturing industry enhances the association’s already significant work. The main theme of the Fleets and OEM'S Decision makers Meeting being Buying locally, Fleets and OEM'S Decision makers and guest-speakers will address this issue by providing answers to manufacturers, and by exploring real measures that will stimulate local buying.
